• I absolutely love the Willoughby couple at the inn. They are some of my favorites from the whole show. And they’ll be back! As Ethel’s father, and as neighbor/babysitter Mrs. Trumbull. 

• Ricky’s name on the license reads “Bicardi.” And in fact, Desi’s grandfather was one of the founders of Bacardi rum. 

• This was the first TV episode ever to be viewed by 10 million people. 

• Lucy and Ricky go back to the Byram River Beagle Club in Greenwich, CT. That’s where Lucy and Desi actually got married by a justice of the peace and, just like on the show, they married twice.
